I'm Josh — DataDriven is my solo engineering practice in Kennesaw, GA. No account managers, no handoffs, no junior team learning on your project. The person you talk to on the discovery call is the person who ships the work.
Why "DataDriven"?
Most small businesses are sitting on data they never get to use: years of transactions in the POS, customer lists in three different tools, a spreadsheet somebody updates by hand every Friday. Meanwhile the week disappears into follow-ups, scheduling, and data entry that software should be doing.
That's the gap I work in. I turn the data you already have into systems that act on it: segmentation that tells you which customers matter most right now, campaigns that reach them without anyone pressing send, automations that kill the busywork, and dashboards that show whether any of it moved the numbers.
The "data-driven" part is a discipline, not a slogan: every engagement starts with a baseline and ends with a before/after readout. If something I build doesn't move your numbers, you'll see that too — and we'll change course.
How I work
Measure before and after
Every engagement starts by writing down the baseline — hours spent, repeat rate, revenue per segment — so when we're done, 'did it work?' has an actual answer.
Build on your tools
Your POS, your email platform, your accounting software. I automate what you already run instead of selling you a new stack, and everything stays in your accounts.
Prove it, then scale it
Small pilot first, honest readout, then we double down on what worked. You should never be paying for month six on faith from month one.
